Access to and use of this Website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. In these terms and conditions, the company is described as “IN BLOOM”. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. PROTECTING YOUR SECURITY
    Personal details which you give us via this Website may be held and processed by us in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.

  2. LOCATION AND JURISDICTION
    This website is operated and controlled by IN BLOOM from the UAE and exists under the laws of the UAE. IN BLOOM does not intend to avail itself of any of the laws, protections, or benefits of any other jurisdiction. All interactions that occur between IN BLOOM and any person accessing this website or any person communicating electronically with IN BLOOM shall be considered to occur in the UAE where this website is posted and where electronic mail is received. This agreement and the contents of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

  3. COPYRIGHT AND TRADE MARKS
    The site contains material which is owned or licensed by IN BLOOM and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute in any way any material from the site. All rights to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, names, terms, IN BLOOM symbols or designs which are owned or identify and distinguish goods or services owned, used, produced, or licensed by, whether registered or not, are hereby reserved. Trademarks, service marks, names, terms, or designs owned, used, produced, or licensed by IN BLOOM may not be used, copied, or reproduced without the express written consent of IN BLOOM.

  4. ORDERS
    Orders can be made in writing, online, or by email. Please contact us for further details.
    The products are not sold on an exchange basis.

  5. AVAILABILITY
    If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Goods are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product. Due to the fact that these flowers are natural, colors and shades might differ from batch to batch and from the pictures displayed on our website, which we are not liable for.

  6. PAYMENT TERMS
    You can pay for products purchased from IN BLOOM by debit card, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, via a written agreement. Please contact us for further details.
    You must give us authority for payment at the time of order and all cardholders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we cannot accept your order, and will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  7. DELIVERY
    Production time for orders is between 3 - 5 working days, not including delivery time, which is calculated based on the delivery address. In stock bouquets can be delivered in 2-3 days across UAE.
    We shall not be liable for any delay to deliveries of orders awaiting notification from customers due to issues with their order, late delivery, non-delivery, or variation in quantities delivered and, in particular, shall be entitled to adjust quantities delivered to you where insufficient stock is available to complete an order.
    We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, and similar loss), costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.

Where specific courier instructions are given (e.g., leave in porch, round the back, with port authorities, on deck, with an acquaintance or neighbor, etc.), we will not be held responsible or liable for goods not being received where our couriers or other couriers have a POD (proof of delivery) or inform us that the 'goods were left as instructed.' You are therefore obliged to ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct and that the information provided ensures a safe and accurate delivery. With any 'signature optional' or 'leave safe' delivery, your rights to claim damage, missing items, and non-delivery are waived.

If the courier attempts delivery at the delivery address as specified in the order but is unable to deliver the item to the specified address, the courier will retain the item/s. A calling card will be left where possible with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time.

Please make sure you are available to take delivery of your order at the delivery address, as your goods are sent on a 'signed for' service. If you are not available at the address to receive the delivery, a Courier Card may be left, directing you to your nearest depot where you may collect your goods. Please note that after a period set by the courier, non-collection of the goods will result in the items being returned to IN BLOOM.

Risk, loss, or damage in the goods/products shall pass to the customer on delivery. Ownership of the goods/products remains with us until such time as payment has been received in full by us.

Amendments to delivery address details once your order has been processed by us and received by the Courier may not be possible. Any amendments to the delivery address may be attempted by the customer directly with the courier but are not guaranteed due to security of goods measures and may hold an additional charge due to redirection of goods.

8. RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. As our flowers are very delicate we can only accept returns if the arrangement has not been removed from the packaging insert they are secured into for delivery and must be returned in the same packaging they were received in. Please email inbloom.dubai@gmail.com with your order number to receive further instructions.

  1. Although we package our arrangements very carefully there may be some instances when damage occurs during shipping. If this happens please contact inbloom.dubai@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with photos showing damage to the bouquet and packaging so we can find a resolution.

  2. Bespoke arrangements can only be returned if they have been damaged in transit and haven’t been removed from their packaging insert. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
IN BLOOM engages in the use of social media for our customers who enjoy using these channels. Please note that IN BLOOM’s social media is monitored. Any comments or posts should be within the recommended guidelines of that social media channel and European laws. Any comments or posts that are inappropriate or abusive, directed at other customers, other social media users, IN BLOOM, and/or its staff will be recorded and may result in legal proceedings.
